“WOODBRIDGE, NJ — A Sayreville police officer was arrested in Woodbridge last month and is currently under investigation by the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office, Patch has exclusively learned.
Sayreville Police Officer James P. Pizzillo was arrested in Woodbridge Township on Saturday, April 8, while he was in his Sayreville patrol car. Pizzillo was charged with one count of covering up the camera in his patrol car, said James O’Neill, a spokesman for the Middlesex County Prosecutor. That is a fourth-degree charge of tampering.”
