Suffolk cop sexually assaulted woman at precinct: suit

“A Suffolk County police officer sexually assaulted a woman in an interrogation room while another officer ignored the attack — and then thanked her for her cooperation, a new $5 million lawsuit alleges.

Officers Christopher McCoy and Mark Pav brought the woman, whose name is being withheld, to the Long Island precinct for traffic violations on March 16, after which McCoy forced her to perform oral sex on him, the suit claims.

McCoy allegedly groped her breasts before arresting her and transporting the woman to the 1st Precinct in West Babylon, according to the complaint, which names Suffolk County and the officers individually.”
