“A grand jury has indicted a Prairie View city police officer following the arrest of a city councilman last year.

The grand jury in Waller County on Friday indicted Officer Michael Kelly for official oppression for the arrest of Jonathan Miller, according to Houston media outlets.

Miller was tased and arrested by officers in front of his home after they responded to a report of a disturbance in the area.”
